Composed some seven years back by Geoff Neupert, former Master StrongFirst Qualified Trainer, Kettlebell STRONG! is now offered through our StrongFirst online training platform. From SFG II candidates and strength enthusiasts to people who simply choose double kettlebells training, we get numerous questions. Who is Geoff? What does the programming consist of?
